Operating throughout the year – as seasonal variations are a thing of the past – the company has a dedicated workforce of up to 800 employees. Many are overseas students who apply to join the company in order to learn food processing disciplines, modern growing and management practises.

We are proud to be the recipient of a Tesco ‘Best Employee Facilities’ Certificate, which recognises our attention to detail for all foreign workers’ accommodation, health, welfare, and social and communication facilities, including an internet café.
