ocessing and freezing of its portfolio of products very seriously and as such identified the need for a dedicated high care facility. After substantial investment we are pleased to announce that we completed work on a high care Blanching and Freezing area which is fully operational.
We have invested in new walling, flooring and improving on what we already have in terms of freezing by designating one of our freezing areas to high care. This gives the option of high care pulses, pasta, fruit and vegetables which are ready to eat IQF.
We can offer various packaging formats from bag in a box to bag in a palletainer for bulk deliveries and the customer can discuss any specific packaging requirements they may have.
Our 'High Care' facility has been successfully audited against version 5 of the BRC global standard and added to the scope of our 'A' grade accreditations.
