Fruit/Vegetable Purees

Purees are prepared from fresh and frozen fruit and vegetables, pureed to a specific particle size without seed or fibre . Alternatively seed may be retained. Place UK are able to lightly pasteurise purees prior to freezing which may greatly increase the shelf life of certain chilled products such as fruit juices & smoothies.
